You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for providing accurate information.

Published content
You remain responsible for the events and groups you publish (accuracy, legality, respect for third parties).
GoToEvent Latvija may remove content that is clearly unlawful or misleading without notice.
By publishing, you confirm you have the rights required for the texts and images you submit.
Event participation
GoToEvent Latvija connects organizers and participants but does not run events and does not guarantee how they unfold.
Suspension and termination
You may delete your account at any time from the Account page.
GoToEvent Latvija may suspend an account in case of abusive, fraudulent, or non-compliant use.
Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, GoToEvent Latvija is not liable for indirect damages related to use of the service or attendance at an event.
Applicable law
These terms are governed by the law applicable to GoToEvent Latvija's registered office, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
